Our Company(GCM) has an annual production capacityof aloy-steel castings & a loy-iron castings of 8000 tons and machined parts of 4000 tonswith its products weighing from 0.5kg-6tons/piece.

with the research and development of wearing parts for construction machineries with rich experiences in relevant field.
The founder of GCM graduated from the Materials Department of Guangdong University of Technology and has 10 years of experience working in research institutions. During this period, he won multiple provincial and national science and technology awards, adhering to the genes of scientific research and innovation, and founded GCM. GCM has the production capacity to produce a variety of ultra-high strength alloy materials, mainly including four major series: high-strength manganese steel, high-strength alloy steel, high alloy cast iron, and heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant cast steel, with over 50 metal material grades for daily production. GCM has been maintaining extensive scientific research cooperation with multiple universities, exploring and designing the most suitable wear-resistant material applications for different operating conditions, in order to maximize the economic benefits for users.

Casting: GCM has two resin sand production lines with a daily production capacity of 10 tons of castings, one high-pressure molding production line with a daily production capacity of 10 tons of castings, and one set of smelting equipment for one ton, three ton, and five ton intermediate frequency induction melting furnaces; Heat treatment: We have various heat treatment process capabilities and have over 10 sets of different specifications of heat treatment electric furnaces to ensure different heat treatment process requirements; Mechanical processing: GCM has strong product machining capabilities, with over 30 sets of various machining equipment such as a 2.5m vertical lathe, ensuring that each processing process can be completed within our factory and ensuring stable quality control;
